Account Manager (IT Technical Services)
As Technical Account Manager and a member of a growing technical account team, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining quality client relationships, setting up and maintaining service improvement plans and technology road maps, negotiating contracts and developing existing accounts.
You will need to work closely with the Business Development team on handovers and work with the Technicians to ensure everything runs smoothly for the client ensuring that the best possible customer experience is achieved.
Skills, Experience Required:
Proven IT account management background
Ability to build relationships at all levels
Excellent communication skills
Sound understanding of technology used within an SME environment
Ideally MS Operating Systems, Managed Services, Hosted / Cloud Services and Disaster Recovery Solutions experience
This role is also open to enthusiastic IT Help desk of Field Support Engineers with a minimum of 5 years experience providing technical support within a business to business environment.
