Wolverhampton based Housing Association looking to take on an AP & Cashiering Manager to join their successful team.

The Company

We are seeking a permanent, full time Accounts Payable & Cashier Manager to join our clients Finance team. A successful Housing Association, they are proud of their business and pride themselves on the service they provide.

About the Role

- Involved in process improvements
- Reviewing monthly AP aging report
- Ensuring full overview of the cash positions
- Take the lead on banking and payment processes
- Preparing journal entries to general ledger
- Performing balance sheet and income statement account
- Ensure all AP and treasury functions are compliant

What are we looking for?

Having previously worked in a similar role, you will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well within a team and communicate well with senior personnel and stakeholders. You will:

- Be Qualified AAT or part-qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA)
- Be experienced in all aspects of Accounts Payable
- Have previous experience in banking and payment processes

What is on offer:

£28,000- £30,000 salary coupled with pension scheme, health care, onsite parking.
