They serve an area that is rich in diversity, with a mix of urban and rural areas, and differing levels of quality of life. They cover some of the most prosperous postcodes in the country, as well as some poorer areas. Together with their local commissioners, they work to make sure that they deliver the best possible care to the communities they serve.
We require dynamic and motivated Theatre Practitioners (ODPs and Nurses) with relevant scrub, anaesthetic and or recovery experience in complex settings.
Working as a Theatre Nurse or Operation Department Practitioner you will be required to function effectively as a member of the Operating Theatre team to ensure the provision and development of an efficient and high quality surgical service. You will need to deliver a holistic care package, which is current, evidence based and effective. You will also have a broad knowledge and skill base including communication and team working skills, in order that you contribute to the smooth running of the Operating Theatre department.
