Job Title: UX Designer - Adobe CC/ Visio/Balsamiq
Location: Manchester
Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 + bonus & benefits

Our client, a rapidly growing customer experience agency in Manchester, requires a UX (User Experience) Designer for their growing team. The UX Designer will help to build exciting websites and digital experiences for global organisations. The UX Designer will:

- Work across a collaborative and multidisciplinary team to play a critical part in the production, creation and design of digital experiences.
- Be involved in creating modular, scalable wireframes and mock-ups that creatively apply consistent interface patterns across a variety of use cases and device types, including desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Shape the direction of the company`s design direction, and help to continually improve and optimise the designs and techniques used.
- Work alongside highly experienced developers and designers with plenty of opportunities to learn. You`ll be given the opportunity to develop your own skills independently, with training courses and conferences to ensure you grow alongside the company.

What do you need to apply?

- At least 2 years` agency experience - You will want to build brilliant digital experiences that surprise clients and delight users; balancing psychology, technology and design.
- Strong UX experience and be comfortable building wireframes and prototypes from scratch, as well as responding to detailed briefs; you have pragmatic, hands-on experience and a strong knowledge of trends and technologies.
- Experience using Adobe CC (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Proficiency with UX Design tools (e.g. Visio, Balsamiq) and interactive prototyping tools (e.g. InVision, Adobe Xd, and Sketch).
- Be comfortable designing responsive websites, applications and web apps.
- Experience of insight and data-driven design including A/B testing, user research, interviews and analytics.

It would beneficial to have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS and be well versed in Lean/Agile practices, but not essential.
