This home provides care for the elderly aswell as convalescent care, palliative, physical disabilities and younger adults. There are long-term or respite / short-term care packages available, ensuring that every individual is provided with the best possible care based on their needs.This facility recently scored 'good' on their latest CQC rating, and is part of a company which heavily focuses on the internal progression and development of their nurses. This home prides itself on its homely feel for both residents and family alike.This job would be working Mixed shifts.You will be paid for all of your breaks.This position is a full time position.Job Description: As a senior nurse, you will be assessing the needs of a new resident, making sure all safeguarding policies are being acted on, taking part in audits, or ensuring we're keeping scrupulous records, you'll make sure your team is reaching the highest standards. We'll also look to you to oversee the administration of medicines by your team in line with NMC regulations, and manage stock levels effectively. Above all, you'll be an inspirational leader, supporting, supervising and mentoring your team at every turn, and ensuring they have the clinical training they need to provide the very best care.Person Specification: You must be a qualified Registered Nurse or due to qualifyto apply for this role, and we will accept applications from nurses of any specialism ( General Nurses ( RGN ), Mental Health Nurses ( RMN ), or Learning Disability Nurses ( RNLD )).
