Main Duties:

  • Act as the contact for internal staff and external suppliers for individual case queries and urgent limitation cases where external processes have failed
  • Assist in the resolution of process issues
  • Comply with all company rules and procedures especially those relating to health & safety, FSA compliance and data protection with an obligation to remain informed and up-to-date on all such matters
  • Capture training needs identified while reviewing case status
  • Establish and maintain day to day relationships with internal key stakeholders and with suppliers
  • Actively promote close and harmonious relationships with all team members
  • Any other duties as requested

Person Specifications:

  • You will have an understanding of the procurement of medical evidence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and history of working direct with customers/suppliers
  • Strong administrative experience
  • An analytical thinker
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to fully understand all processes, in-house operating and telephony systems.
  • Organised and methodical
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent systems experience
  • Experience managing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
