Senior Partnerships Development Manager - Home Based
Harris Hill are very pleased to be working with a leading UK health charity to recruit a Senior Partnerships Development Manager. You will be responsible for leading a high performing account development team to develop and retain an exciting portfolio of corporate partners. The role will work alongside the Head of Regional Planning to deliver strategy implementation with the aim of growing high-net partnerships to maximise income and value.
Please note this is a 12 month contract. This vacancy closes to applications on Tuesday 20th March.
Key responsibilities will include:
+ Being responsible for leading, growing, and managing a diverse portfolio of corporate accounts
+ Taking the lead on the most strategic, complex and integrated partnerships to deliver the biggest income stretch
+ Collaborating with the New Business team to ensure the development of an active pipeline of new corporates to approach and engage with
+ Leading, inspiring and motivating the team - building capabilities and capacity through effective training, coaching and mentoring
+ Supporting on account management specialism across high value partnerships
The successful candidate will:
+Have experience delivering high value corporate partnerships within the not for profit or commercial sector
+ Have a track record of effective leadership and development of direct reports
+ Be a confident public speaker with the ability to negotiate, persuade and influence
+ Demonstrable evidence working with board level stakeholders at large organisations
+ Have a high level of competency in budget planning and forecasting
+ Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to delegate effectively
