Job Title: Inpatient Ward Nurse ** Annual Bonus length of service bonuses continuous training and career development** Key Details: I am recruiting for an Inpatient Ward Nurse to join our existing dedicated and friendly team in Southampton. You will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary and expanding team within a Private Hospital located in South of Hampshire. You will treat NHS & Private Patients and I am looking for a passionate Registered Nurse who will provide the best possible, personalised care to the people of South of HampshireThe Key details are - Location: South of Hampshire - within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum / £12.82 - £14.87 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week. (Negotiable DOE) Bonus: Annual bonus provided £4,000 additional for Unsociable Hours. Hours: Full Time - 37.5 The shifts are 12.5 hours over 3 days per week - This includes weekends/nights/bank holidays. Further Details about the role: I am looking to recruit a Registered Nurse who will take the post within the Inpatients department. To be responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programs of care. A clinically focused team leader who can work in pre assessment clinic, minor operations, phlebotomy clinic and Nurse led clinic. Teaching and mentoring all grades of staff. Act as a role model within the multi-disciplinary team. To be responsible for the admission of any new patient to the center including establishment of a good mutual relationship completing all relevant documentation - identify and introduce named nurse/key worker. To liaise with members of the medical and associated professions and ensure that prescribed or recommended treatment is carried out Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Registered Nurse of Inpatient Department you must possess experience within Inpatients. Current NMC Registration without restrictions is a must without restrictions. Proficient at calculating drug doses. Ability to present articulate reasoned discussion. Ability to problem solve. Evidence of personal and professional development.
