You will have
* Experience in the UK banking /financial sector
* Proven track record in successfully running a business operation, including managed service arrangements
* Strong leadership and management skills, able to effectively build and lead a high performing, agile team, engage people in delivering the vision, role model desired behaviours and build strong stakeholder relationships
* Strong resource management and analytical skills able to operate in the detail and provide strategic oversight and direction
* Substantial commercial experience including experience setting up new organisations.
* Experience of leading a high performing organisation, business division / unit and building effective stakeholder relationships, both inside and outside an organisation.
* Strong analytical skills and experience of reviewing potentially complex business cases.
* Retail and public sector experience also beneficial
