What does this role of a Staff Nurse (RGN) entail?
Reporting to the Nurse Manager, as a Staff Nurse you’ll first and foremost be responsible for providing exemplary planned care for patients on the Inpatient ward. You’ll assess patients’ health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload, and then plan, deliver and evaluate a superb level of care that meets the patients’ needs.
What do I need in order to be considered for this Staff Nurse (RGN) role?

Be a Registered Nurse (RGN)
Competence across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge, including infection control and health and safety
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and using own initiative
IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Flexible approach to work and working patterns

Salary: Equivalent to Band 5, level dependent on experience
