e-Commerce Sales & Marketing Executive
IP-based Security Technology
Our Client is a leading provider of high performance security systems and we have been instructed to find an e-Commerce Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team.
Working as part of the experienced e-Commerce team, you will carry out website administration, contribute to creating and running promotional campaigns, create and maintain visual content, liaise with web developers and wider marketing team to optimise and improve the e-Commerce website.
You will also be responsible for dealing with inbound sales enquiries via phone, e-mail and chat as well as providing and following up sales quotations using the company’s CRM system.
We believe to be successful in this role you would need…
- Excellent English writing and proof reading skills
- Good IT / technical literacy
- An excellent phone manner and great customer service skills
- Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience, ideally within an IT or digital business
- Education: minimum HND qualification or similar
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritise your workload is also important. As the Sales & Marketing Executive, you must have strong interpersonal skills as you will be expected to build a rapport with repeat customers.
An excellent eye for detail, an honest, friendly disposition and exceptionally high standards are all key.
