Team Manager (Income Collection/Voids)
My Client is a UK leader for the Water Industry, they are seeking a Team Manager to join the team out of their Bradford office
Responsibilities & Duties
To manage two separate Lone Worker Teams :-
(Consisting of 6 Void Inspectors, 7 Collection Field Agents, and 2 x Internal Admin assistants)
Void Inspectors - Responsible for visiting potentially empty properties, to identify if they are occupied. Obtaining up to date customer information, with the aim of producing accurate bills for customers and improving our overall Billing Data
Collections Field Team- Responsible for visiting customers in arrears, obtaining up to date information, promoting internal/external vulnerability schemes (to assist the customer) and agreeing suitable repayment arrangements
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES, SPECIFIC FOR ROLE:
Encourage and support the teams to observe, discuss and report Health and Safety issues in a timely manner using our current reporting tool.
Demonstrate initiative, drive and determination, finding innovative ways to lead and improve the success of the teams, forecasting and delivering differing targets.
Encourage and support ideas from the teams, to promote a feeling of inclusion, whilst aiming to improve: - Billing Data quality, promotion of vulnerability schemes and agreement of suitable repayment arrangements.
Whilst managing the team remotely, effectively reinforce Loop/Yorkshire Water ethos e.g. our Customer Promise, to ensure our customers are receiving a consistent and high quality service.
Interface with other internal/external key stakeholders.
GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES, AS PER THE ROLE LEVEL:

Understand the need to manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver key business priorities.
Experience of managing a team remotely
Understanding of Loop teams and departments
Knowledge of Loop systems
Knowledge of the Water Industry.
