***Minimum 2:1 degree with strong A-level’s and GCSE’s (or equivalent)
***Experience working within SEN necessary!
***£60-£70 a day for Psychology Graduate
***Long-term, full-time role – no day-to-day or supply roles.
For this role, you will be a resilient and empathetic psychology graduate. Experience supporting pupils with complex needs is essential for this role as it demonstrates your ability to succeed in this role, and determination to support pupils on an ILP.
The Psychology Graduate will be responsible for providing overall support to the class teacher and SENCO in and outside of classes. This is a 1:1 support role therefore you will work closely with a select few individuals over the duration of their academic journey. The Psychology Graduate Is responsible for their academic, social and emotional development and will need to create targets.
Based in Enfield, this specialist unit is well-structured and supported by the local community. The SENCO are seeking a Psychology Graduate to bring passion and resilience to this role to ensure lessons run smoothly and all pupils remain safe. Additional training in Special Educational Needs content is highly preferable from the Headteacher.
This is a highly rewarding role, and the school are potentially looking to support a Psychology graduate through Teacher Training.
