JustOT are recruiting for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist who is looking to work in the London region.

Position: Community Rapid Response
Start Date: 19/03/2018
Duration: Ongoing

The successful candidate will facilitate discharge back into the community and provide follow up home visits. The candidate will also work across A&E, acute medical and surgical wards to prevent unnecessary patient readmission using all available resources in the community setting.
