Trainee Teacher get paid to gain PGCE and QTS
“It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression of knowledge”
Premier Pathways is a 2-year, salaried program that offers graduates an alternative to other teacher training programmes! Trainee Teachers can build their confidence whilst gaining responsibility in teaching capacities in a paid role!
***Trainee Teacher needed for September 2018!
***Trainee Teacher position available across primary schools in London!
***Minimum 2:1 degree for Trainee Teacher with strong A-level’s and GCSE’s
***Experience working with children essential for Trainee Teacher position!
***Potential Teacher Training after first term of being a Teaching Assistant!
***£70 a day for Trainee Teacher, increase to £80 if placed on Teacher Training!
***Long-term, full-time school-based training – no lengthy lectures or dissertations!
To be considered for the program, you must hold a minimum 2:1 degree alongside a strong academic background. The Trainee Teacher will benefit from having some experience supporting pupils in an academic environment to confirm your knowledge and desire to go into teaching as a career.
Whilst being only 2 years old, hundreds of graduates are already registered onto the program in their desired school! We believe in the importance of easing graduates into teaching, rather than putting them into a nerving position from day one, which Is why we offer graduates an initial period in a support capacity to gain the confidence before being given the responsibility!
The course will be distributed across two years:
• For the first two-terms you will be in a support role observing and building your teaching confidence.
• Before the end of the first year you will take up to a 50% teaching timetable at your own pace, alongside regular training!
• The Trainee Teacher will teach up to an 80% timetable and will receive regular support from your mentor through observations and assessments before gaining PGCE and QTS!
