Data Entry Administrator Based in London, Belsize Park Please send your cover letter and updated CV with this application. Role Data entry and processing is all about speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. As our data entry and processing administrator you will make sure that the information entered into our sales and marketing databases is done correctly, ensuring effective record management, storage and processing. Responsibilities: Reviewing and validating contact and company data to be entered into our database from our Marketing system into our CRM system. Checking the data for errors, duplications, inconsistencies and working towards cleaning and managing a well-organized database free of duplicates. Reporting problems with the data to your manager, so the team can address on time. Accurately entering information into our computer systems (MS Excel spreadsheets, CRM system, etc.). Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential. Requirements – contact us if you are: Confident in your typing and keyboard skills. Computer savvy: know how to work with MS Excel and have worked in the past with online computer systems (training, onboarding, and guidance will be provided before you are expected to work with our programs). Precision-focused: we base most of our promotions and marketing decisions on the information from our databases, therefore correct entry and management of contacts, their product interests, and their readiness to engage with the company is very important. Have a great attention to detail and ability to follow process. Independent and able to keep yourself on task. Daily Tasks: Managing the database to ensure upkeep on an ongoing basis. Checking new organizations/contacts and merging duplicate entities. Monitoring the passage of contacts between our online systems. Updating contact requests, including unsubscribes, sales requests, marketing opt-ins, etc. Logging sales requests that come via direct email, phone call or face to face request at events, into the system. Managing daily data and user-related requests from stakeholders submitted through our ticketing system. Report generation, including upload and download of MS Excel files. Data review, verification, validation, archiving, unarchiving, export and import. Other ad hoc responsibilities communicated on a daily/ weekly basis. Experience Numerate, analytical and a problem solver, with attention to detail Effective communication skills, results-orientated. Highly proficient with standard PC applications (e.g., Excel and Word) and be confident with using the Web, including tools such as Skype, web email, etc. You have a great team ethic with an international outlook. This role will be working alongside remote team members. Requirements Must have the right to work in the UK.
