What impact will you make? The Opportunity Do you want to be a part of a core function responsible for maintaining and delivering identity practices? Do you want to work within the security sphere? Do you want to work closely with projects and other teams to push the firm towards its goals?Youll work within a small team supporting the UK and Switzerland firm practitioners, focusing on delivering a quality service. Role description The role involves looking after all of the firms service lines, which includes user and systems administration and data access management. Areas of work will require special attention such as deploying special access to restricted areas of the network and granting staff appropriate security access accordingly to their job role. This will include other environments as we move forward with the firms technology strategy. The role also requires the individual to adhere to a high level of security and risk procedures that have been implemented around daily work that is undertaken. The candidate is expected to be able to work on their own using initiative and to manage third line support calls where necessary. The role will involve working with the Identity & Access Management team in the Extended Delivery Centre in U.S. India and other colleagues across ITS, including interacting and working on projects across the function. Responsibilities Systems administration and management 60%Customer liaison 20%Housekeeping 15%Documentation 5%The role includes the development of detailed design documentation, provision of operational support and the resolution of complex technical problemsThe role requires the identification of specific issues with migration or other directory technologies and to have a basic understanding of how they interfaceThe ability to explain complex IT issues to none technical customers and for them to understand is paramountMust be able to query Active Directory and to generate custom reports for Management Information purposesSystems administration and management is a core part of the role, and will comprise experience of using PowerShell for the following activities:" Understand, write and amend scripts" Process changes (sometimes in bulk) to AD and Exchange objects" Run reports against active directory and file shares" Read and understand errors generated, leading to troubleshooting Requirements " The successful candidate will have at least experience in Active Directory administration (preferably have an MCP) " Must have knowledge and experience of Microsoft infrastructure including, Active Directory, Exchange 2013/2016 and Folder Share Security " Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft office suite products and Lotus Notes is expected " Experience in identity management is also required; ACL permissioning & theory of Chinese walls " Skills in ServiceNow and Powershell are preferred for this role and training will be provided where required " Must be able to demonstrate an ability to learn new technologies quickly Additional: " Communication Skills: Must display good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of staff " Team Working: Committed to team success rather than individual success " People Development: Willing to dedicate time to knowledge sharing and informal training of others, in particular less experienced members of the team " Relationship Management: Able to build good relationships with clients, peers and senior members " Time Management Ability to manage a busy workload, including knowing what should be prioritised " Change Management: Must be willing to help initiate change to provide business benefit, improve customer service and ultimately client satisfaction You are here: Internal Client Services Internal Client Services (ICS) contributes to the success of Deloitte through six departments: Clients & Markets, Finance & Legal, Human Resources, IT Services, Property & Corporate Services and the Shared Services Organisation.
