Critical Multi-Skilled Engineer - £42,000 – Oxford

I am recruiting a fantastic opportunity for a Critical Multi-Skilled Engineer on a fantastic site in Abingdon. I am recruiting on behalf of the UKs leading service provider on a prestigious contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for further training opportunities with a clear progression path set out from day one. The site is a brand new corporate building for a globally known company. On offer is a fantastic salary of up to £42,000 + 25 days holiday, Company Pension and Healthcare Package. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.

Duties Will Include:

·Run a team responding to any breakdown failure and the planned preventative maintenance to all the above equipment.

·Ensure all critical plant is maintained

·Manage PPM schedule.

·Organise sub contract labour.

·Organise labour and the procurement of materials and parts.

·Responsible for Health & Safety, risk assessment, permits etc.

·Technical back up for the team.

·Attend client meetings and carry out reports

·To provide general electrical/ HVAC/ Building services maintenance support on all buildings and plant as part of a multi-disciplined team.

·Implementing all electrical maintenance and corrective works on the site in accordance with the instructions promulgated on PPM dockets and site specific procedures.

·Providing accurate feedback information including completing test sheets, routine rounds inspection sheets and work dockets containing durations of maintenance activities and observations

·Ensuring that all plant and systems are maintained and operated in order to provide maximum efficiency, availability and reliability

·Carrying out refurbishment works arising from breakdown or maintenance inspections

·Carrying out minor new works installations and testing.

·Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of plant and adjacent areas

·As part of a team, candidates will be required to carry out full planned and reactive maintenance on the following systems/equipment.

·AHU'S

·Motors

·Chillers

·Pumps

·HVAC systems

·Plumbing skills

·Electrical components

Qualifications / Skills Required:

·Previous Lead Experience

·Previous Experience within a critical environment.

·City & Guilds Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering – Or Equivalent

·HVAP – Preferred but not essential
