An established retailer are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join their growing business.
Your new role
As an Accounts Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of the Purchase Ledger function. Key responsibilities include:
- Staff management
- Setting up bank payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Reconciliation of purchase orders to supplier invoices
- Daily cash-flow update
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Petty cash management
- Payment of foreign currency invoices
- Sales processing
- Assist with year end audit
- Assist with VAT returns
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong Purchase Ledger experience, with experience of dealing in foreign currencies. You will have strong Excel skills and ideally have knowledge of Sage.
