Implementation and Support Analyst (Northern territories) x2 positions
Job Purpose: Implements care home management system based on customers’ needs and provides functional support and training for effective use of the system.
·Deliver mock up solution to potential customers
·Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
·Implements solution by understanding customers’ requirement and environment
·Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
·Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers.
·Validates results by testing programs.
·Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support.
·Provides reference by writing documentation.
·Performs change management to ensure customers fully adopt usage of the system
·Maintain customer relationship to ensure customer retention
·Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
