Conveyancing Legal Secretary.

A highly established law firm based in the centre of Birmingham is now looking to recruit a conveyancing legal secretary into their growing conveyancing department. This conveyancing team is friendly, supportive and very down to earth!

Based in Birmingham, you will join a firm that will offer you a lot of prospects for the future, along with the chance to gain a competitive salary and benefits package. Within this role, you will provide secretarial support to a team of conveyancing fee earners where your key duties will include:
  • Preparing & drafting documents and correspondence
  • Diary management and booking travel
  • Audio/copy typing
  • Using online case management systems and dealing with the Land Registry
  • Key general admin duties
As this firm has an urgent need for a legal secretary within this department, you must have previous experience working as a legal secretary within conveyancing, posses excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a good team attitude.
