Accounts Payable & Finance Assistant
Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation in Reading, is hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk and Finance Assistant to support the busy finance team.
- Administration of incoming purchase ledger invoices, system loading and filing
- Daily production of securitisation cash reports
- Raising of manual / pro-forma sales ledger invoices
- Ensure PL & SL cleared on a monthly basis
- Invoices and posting of commission clawback invoices
- Monitoring of finance e-mail inbox
- Other ad-hoc department tasks as considered appropriate
- 1-3 years Accounts Payable/Finance Assistant experience
- Financial Services experience/knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Access and LeaseSoft (desirable) for financial analysis.
