Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation in Reading, is hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk and Finance Assistant to support the busy finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of incoming purchase ledger invoices, system loading and filing
  • Daily production of securitisation cash reports
  • Raising of manual / pro-forma sales ledger invoices
  • Ensure PL & SL cleared on a monthly basis
  • Invoices and posting of commission clawback invoices
  • Monitoring of finance e-mail inbox
  • Other ad-hoc department tasks as considered appropriate

Requirements

  • 1-3 years Accounts Payable/Finance Assistant experience
  • Financial Services experience/knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Access and LeaseSoft (desirable) for financial analysis.
