Our client is a well renowned specialist recruitment consultancy based in Central Bristol. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, energetic individual with experience and drive to continue to create change for the better within the ever-growing business. This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for an initial 12 months with the possibility for a permanent role.


Continue to progress the 'on' and 'off' boarding processesEnsure implementation of quarterly reviewsOrganize and implement various training schemesMaintain employee recordsAnalyse hiring dataAssist with prep for weekly round-upsField any HR issues which may arise from employeesWork closely with the Office Manager, Internal Recruiter, and Marketing ManagerSkills and experience

Understanding of HR, Learning and/or Development is advantageousPrevious experience within Recruitment (not mandatory)Strong understanding of Microsoft OfficeAttention to detail is imperativeArticulate and professional communication skillsMust be able to manage your time efficiently and prioritize tasks throughout the businessSelf-starter, you must be able to manage your timeYou will be the focal point for all queries from staff and will therefore need to be discreet with any issues raised and the sensitivity of the data you deal withThe salary up to £30,000 plus attractive benefits and incentives.
