Test Analsyt, CRM, Dynamics
The Test Analyst must have extensive MSD CRM online experience, including testing a solution that factors in complex integration points, including SAP and end to end business processes
The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively manage key stakeholders. The role will be a critical member of the team, contributing to the success of the overall project.
- Reporting into the Test Lead to perform all Testing duties
- To create and Execute Test cases for MS Dynamics CRM customization and configurations
- To perform an End to End testing of the MS Dynamics CRM System with other Integrated Systems
- To provide reports and updates on testing progress escalating to team lead where appropriate
- 3 + years' experience of testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM online
- Strong Experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong experience of MSD CRM System and Integration testing
- Able to create Test Scenarios & Test Scripts (including Regression Packs for required Test phases), preparing and performing Test Execution for all relevant test phases
- Use Visual Studio TFS / Microsoft Test Manager to manage and track work items
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM OOB processes and actions around Marketing and Sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills - stakeholder and peer relationship.
- Communication skills both spoken and written
