Do you have Purchaser Ledger/ Bookkeeping experience?

A Global Airparts Components specialist is seeking a Purchase Ledger administrator to assist the Purchaser Ledger Team in the processing of invoices from global suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Assist with all administrative tasks within the department

To match and approve invoices against Quantum.

File invoices and statements.

Respond to invoice queries.

Process business expense returns

Comply with Export Control regulations when needed.

Building excellent relationships with customers, and providing them excellent care.

Ensure targets are met in accordance with appraisals.

The Requirements for the role are:

Previous experience in a Purchaser Ledger/ administrative role ideal.

Working knowledge of SAGE accounting system advantageous

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Expert Telephone manner.

Working knowledge of Microsoft programs Word, Excel and Outlook.

Strong organisational and administrator skills.

Ability to work within deadline.

Excellent communication skills.
