We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a well established and successful organisation.
The role is interesting and varied and duties include:Day to day management of sales and purchase ledgersDaily bankingInvoicingPayment of suppliers4 weekly PayrollBookkeepingAdministrationDealing with a variety of telephone calls and queriesDealing with a variety of visitorsDue to the working environmental a very professional demeanour is required.
Previous experience of using Sage is essential along with the ability to deal with a variety of tasks at any one time and working to deadlines.
Very pleasant working environment and setting with free parking on site.
This role is temporary to permanent. The successful candidate will be offered a permanent contract once they have established themselves in the role and this could be within 1-2 months.
