About the post–POST– are on the hunt for a Front End Developer to work for one of the UK's largest property portals who aim to empower the UK’s decisions around property.

The front-end developer role is based in a product development scrum team and is responsible for maintaining and improving their current code base; implementing new functionality and designs across all their digital properties. You'll shape the way they use and adopt new front-end technologies and practices, and you'll be happy to advise and teach other developers on how to use them.

Reporting to the project lead and working within an agile environment, you will be collaborating with various teams to find solutions that satisfy millions of users and tens of thousands of agents. Those solutions need to be maintainable and scalable whilst also meeting high-performance standards. You will also support the Project Lead in ensuring the development plan is communicated and signed-off by the business and work is carefully estimated, allocated, kept visible and completed on time.

A typical week as a front-end developer might involve:
