Office Angels Medway is excited to be recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant for an immediate start temp to perm role based in Rainham. The role is full time working 37.5 hours per week and comes with a permanent salary of £22,500 on successful completion of the temping period.

This immediate start position would suit someone who is confident in Excel and using an accounting software, who has experience of managing ledgers and ideally has a background in construction.

The main responsibilities of this role will be:

- Processing of Sub Contractor timesheets and invoices

- Reconciliation of labour and site costs - Submission of returns to HMRC on a monthly basis - Weekly BACS runs As this is initially a temporary role you must therefore be available immediately. As a Temp with Office Angels you receive weekly pay, 28 days holiday a year, possible tax relief on your travel costs and additional incentives/competitions.
