Internal Communications Co-ordinator – Facilities Management
£37,000 - £40,000pa

A fantastic opportunity has become available to be based in a very prestigious office in Central London, working with one of the UK’s largest Facilities Management Organisations, supporting communication initiatives within the business. The role will certainly allow you to demonstrate your ability to create effective communication plans and roll them out.
The Role:
Reporting into the Operational Development Director, the Communications Co-ordinator will be responsible for engaging with all employees who are an integral part of shaping the future of the business.
Main Duties:
* To create and chair engineering engagement forums enabling front line workforce to be able to discuss issues of mutual interest and concern and allow employees to air their views freely
* To create and chair engagement forums for front line supporting staff in areas such as Planning, Back Office and Customer Contact maintaining effective communication and dialog between interacting teams
* Create an atmosphere of mutual trust between employees and line management teams
* Facilitate the effective communication between employees and line management such as mandating frequent tool box talks and the agenda that should be delivered
* Set and embed culture change ensuring we are an ambassador to cohesive ways of working
* Work with he Operational Development Director to navigate and set agenda for recognition and reward
* Be an ambassador and champion Open and Honest Communications with our front line workforce
Required:
* Previous experience of defining and driving a Change Implementation Strategy which is aligned with a large-scale Transformation Programme
* Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
* Experience in managing and leading effective employee engagement
