We are currently partnered with an established personal lines insurance Broker who are offering an individual the opportunity to join the business as an Insurance Team Leader.

Your new business:

This long-standing insurance Broker set up over 40 years ago and still remain a family-run business through that time. Their heritage and success are important to them but they recognise that there is always room for improvement and innovation!

The role:

As an important member of the business, you will lead and develop a team of Personal Lines Insurance Advisors, driving truly exceptional sales performance and overseeing the highest levels of customer support and service. You will assist the Sales Manager to identify sales, satisfaction and compliance trends and in putting appropriate 90-day plans in place to close any gaps in performance.

You will be offered the opportunity and autonomy to effectively manage your team. You will use a variety of high challenge, high support leadership styles (directing, coaching, supporting and delegating) to optimise individual and team performance.

The package:

Being an integral part of this business, you should be rewarded properly. Our client offers a basic salary up to £35,000 + an array of company benefits including a generous holiday entitlement (34 days inc. of bank holidays), free car parking on site, opportunity to study towards insurance qualifications and earn bonus (this gets paid quarterly and it is purely based on team performance!)

We are considering candidates from the following locations: Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Hertfordshire.
