A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Accounts Clerk in Newmarket on a full time permanent basis.

Experience:
-Payroll experience
-Accounting systems
-Excel

Duties:
-Weekly Payroll: whole process from timesheets to payslips and HMRC
returns
-Welplan benefits: administrate holiday and sickness benefits
-Cash Receipts, banking and posting to SL
-Weekly subcontractors - collect invoices and summarise
-Sundry Sales Invoicing - as instructed
-Van Trackers - download, file, check against timesheets; personal mileage
-Fleet administration - service, MOTs, tax etc
-Set up new contracts on Computer System
-Accounting tasks as instructed
-PAYE weekly update
-Training records
-Petty cash including reimbursement and costing
-Assist with PL and SC ledgers - POs and invoice processing
