We're on the lookout for an experienced Tutor Assessor with a strong occupational background in the Engineering sector, to join a growing training provider! Managing a caseload of learners based in a mixture of high profile engineering companies and smaller, local companies, you will be delivering and assessing BTEC Engineering and PMO (Performing Manufacturing Operations). Engineering Tutor Assessor: The essentials.

• Formal, professional Engineering qualifications
• Apprenticeship served within Engineering
• Formal Teaching qualification
• Formal Assessing qualifications
• Full, clean driving license

Engineering Tutor Assessor: Your experience.

• Sound track record of occupational competence within an engineering environment
• Sound understanding of working with apprenticeships and NVQs
• Experience delivering and assessing engineering - BTEC in Engineering and PMO
• Quality driven - a desire to do things properly and professionally

Engineering Tutor Assessor: The desirables.

• IQA qualification
• IQA experience
• Knowledge Composite Engineering

Engineering Tutor Assessor: The organisation.

• Part of a multinational organisation, this training provider is the training arm with a reputation for quality delivery, which is reflected in the high profile companies it provides training and apprentices to. Whilst quite small, the company is growing steadily, hence the reason the vacancy has arisen. With a portfolio of clients that demand quality training provision, our client also seeks Trainers and Assessors.

Engineering Tutor Assessor: The role.

• You will be delivering and assessing BTEC Engineering and PMO (Performing Manufacturing Operations)
• You will spend three days a week training and assessing and two days a week completing paperwork
• Your learners will be based in a mixture of high profile engineering companies and smaller, local companies
• £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
• 45p per mile
• 25 days holidays plus stats and your birthday
• Private Pension Scheme
• Child care coupons, etc.
• A DBS (formerly CRB) check prior to commencement of role is required.
