This is a brand-new position for a Service Delivery Manager to work alongside a very talented and to manage the customer facing Service Support function of a market leading SaaS company

Being the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day relationship of the company's high-profile Retail customers. You will be a confident self-starter with all-round service management experience. You will have the ability to easily build and maintain key relationships and excel in the leadership and motivation of your team.

To succeed as the Service Delivery Manager, you will:

Have proven experience of being perhaps a Service Desk Lead or Service Delivery Manager.
Manage the Service Desk, checking on the progress of tickets and managing escalations.
Experience managing teams to stay within SLA's.
Directly manage the Service Desk team and the Service Support Managers and be the first point of contact.
Establish key relationships with the customer and all stakeholders
Have experience of maintaining and improving either ServiceNow or Service Cloud, such as adding new customers, looking at reporting and new functionality etc.
Always just "get things done" and go that extra step when required.
Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with customers at all levels.
Have worked in an ITIL environment.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to say no without offending or upsetting customers/stakeholders.
Resourceful, self-motivated and decisive with strong decision-making capability
Commercial Awareness and able to offer suggestions for process improvement.
