This is a full time, permanent position.

Our client, a specialist within their industry has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and hardworking team in High Wycombe. You must have at least a couple of years’ experience within a similar role and have excellent attention to detail to be able to identify any issues.

Duties of the role will include:
• Maintaining accounting ledgers and running accounts to trial balance level
• Preparing end of month accounts
• Assisting with or the production of management accounts
• Processing of bank payments and receipts via online banking systems
• Manage a varied workload against deadlines and agreed timetables
• Maintain controls within the organisation to ensure financial probity
• Work independently across multiple physical sites with minimal time management
• Gather information and summarise to present to varying audience

Special Requirements:
• Dependable and reliable, able to keep calm and productive under pressure
• Articulate with good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information
• Well organised, efficient and accurate
• AAT part qualified (desirable) or any other such as ACCA, CIMA
• Experience of CRM/databases
• Experience within Financial administration
• Experience of the Red Sky Accounting Package
• IT software skills, particularly Word and Excel
