Transport Planner (Development)

Our client, a multi-discipline consultancy, is looking to recruit a Transport Planner due to several recent project wins. You will be joining their busy London office (W1) but will be working on projects across London and the South East. The preferred candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Civil Engineering or Geography), together with at least 2 years’ experience within a similar position. This is a great opportunity for people who are currently operating at Graduate/ Assistant Transport Planner level to gain more responsibility within a consultancy. You will ideally have previous experience in the following:

* Assisting in the preparation of Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, Travel Plans, Site Access Appraisals etc.
* Junction capacity modelling using ARCADY, PICADY and LinSig
* Liaising with clients and external teams
* Supporting senior team members/ Directors
* Undertake site visits
