1st Line IT Support Engineer – Warrington

IT Support Analyst required to join a very successful IT company for a permanent position within their Technical division in Warrington.

You will be joining a small IT Support Team, acting as the first point of contact for all IT issues arising, providing a professional level of support to customers.

You will be communicative with excellent customer facing skills. Working to provide a high level of technical support, solving or escalating issues in a timely manner, clearly documenting all activity. You will also be expected to proactively provide updates to customers and other support teams ensuring transparency within the organisation whilst constantly managing expectations.

You are not required to have a lot of experience within the IT but must a good attitude to towards work and learn new technology.

Key Skills:

** logging customer emails and calls

** Troubleshoot customers Email/Hosting problems

** Liaising with other IT Teams

**experience working on a Service Desk


**Office 365/Exchange

** Windows and MAC OS

** Microsoft Office programs- mainly Microsoft Outlook


**Knowledge of web hosting

** remote desktop

** SharePoint
