Job Summary
The Client Integration Engineer is responsible for providing technical solutions and strategies to achieve our client’s digital marketing objectives, including integrating new clients onto the Conversant platform, managing the technical relationship with existing clients; implementing new platform capabilities, driving automation initiatives and providing technical sales support. A Conversant Client Integration Engineer is a unique hybrid role within our company that combines aspects of a web technologist, business analyst, and solutions architect. Our Client Integration Engineers leverage their technical capabilities and knowledge of the Conversant platform to design and deliver actionable strategies and solutions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Develop scripts, maintain database tables, and process data feeds to support new client initiatives
Integrate smaller Internet companies into the Conversant system: design, develop, implement and test technical solutions based on client and business requirements
Testing / problem solving new integration deployments, including Conversant Tag Manager
On-going support & maintenance of existing clients
Assistance with automation projects
Troubleshooting technical setups
Establishing and cultivating relationships with clients’ technical teams.
Collaborating with other cross-functional teams
Occasional travel required (approximately 1-2 days per quarter).
Requirements
Prefer candidates with at least two years of working experience with web applications, or strong technical background. Excellent opportunity for new university grads.
Strong working knowledge of databases and SQL
Understanding of programming concepts, including HTML and JavaScript (PHP is a plus)
Knowledge of scripting languages (shell, python) is a plus
Solid oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented and self-starter
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree from university.
Fluent in verbal and written French
Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving skills, analytical, time management and follow-through skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team.
Knowledge of cookie tracking technology.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing and advertiser & publisher clients a plus.
Familiar with web technologies
