Main Function
To assist with the upkeep of the systems, assist the estimators with general queries and admin duties and learn the benchmarking process across all disciplines of the business.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
•Assist with reviewing estimates received from clients to ensure that they are appropriate for the client’s needs; in line with Departmental and Company Objectives and specified time limits
•Organise electronic and paper filing systems to meet the requirements of the Department
•Enter data onto the Company system in line with Departmental processes
•Assist with benchmarking queries so that these are dealt with efficiently and in an acceptable timeframe
•Develop close working relationships with internal customers and service providers.
•Support the business in driving best practice with the benchmarking process.
•Support and input benchmarking initiatives and innovations.
•Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless service.
•Assisting in the preparation of reports, processing and checking information in line with company protocols
•To maintain the quotation system on all clients for housekeeping.
•Undertake administration tasks of the department.
•To be primarily responsible for benchmarking reactive uplifts in timely manner in accordance with the SLA, being able to understand the scope of works and convey to the client when seeking approval.
•Build relations with our Supply Chain Partners and clients alike, to improve performance and productivity
•Assist with administration duties as and when necessary.

Knowledge and Experience
Previous experience of working in a similar role
Excellent telephone skills
Ability to build relationships with others from all levels
If relevant: Previous management experience including; financial and budget management, people and resource management.
Excellent working knowledge of IT systems

Skills and Abilities
Develop good and effective relationships with all aspects of the business internally and externally.
Demonstrate an ability to ensure confidentiality
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to take a pro-active approach and problem solve
