You will have managed a region of stores preferably in Fashion or Accessories
KPI Focused and customer driven
A confident approach to leadership
Someone who is Inspirational, creative and articulate
A positive person, affable and good humoured
An ability to show empathy
Competitive nature in a team environment
Organised and strategic (able to manage own time)
Ability to perform role in a pressured and changing environment
