Gas & Plumbing Engineer

LBU Solutions are currently seeking a Gas & Plumbing Engineer on behalf of our client in London. Our client are a property refurbishment and maintenance company that provides a high quality maintenance programme (including all the general trades) to property management companies, estate agents, private clients and landlords.

They now require an additional Gas & Plumbing Engineer, on a permanent and employed basis to join their highly experienced team.

Job Title: Gas & Plumbing Engineer
Location: London and surrounding areas
Position Type: Permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience

The individual must:
• be able to undertake any manner of residential plumbing work
• be confident servicing and diagnosing faults on all domestic boiler brands
• be confident and willing to undertake high volumes of gas safety inspections (GSR)
• be confident in the installation of new boilers and able to complete without assistance

The successful candidate will have completed the following qualifications:
• CCN1
• CENWAT
• CKR1
• CPA1
• HRT1

A Full UK manual driving license is essential and you must be willing to travel across London and Surrey and the M25 to carry out the work orders as well as being able to attend team meetings.
