Evolving quickly, this position will suit self-starters/go-getters wanting to build their own mini-kingdom adapting with the changeable environment, venturing into un-chartered territories, gathering and documenting missing information, working around delivery roadblocks and being both proactive and pragmatic in making sense of it all for all parties. Initial works will start at the discovery and scoping phase ultimately coordinating with all parties to aid in the design and delivery of a proof of concept; then quickly moving into heavier solution definition, user experience, design, development, test and delivery. Although this position will initially start in a semi-structured and undocumented environment, for the hungry and determined, there is the potential to develop your career into a more full-blown Project Management position.

Senior Project Coordinators/Junior Project Managers will initially be required to:
• Run workshops and meetings with the 3rd Party Vendor, UK IT and UK Business Community.
• Receive, define, document and respond to 3rd Party Vendor information requests regarding the backend IT infrastructure, the network estate and all potentially impacted business systems to determine their possible interaction with the new AWS Cloud platform across the whole Group.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to be guided towards the right IT and Business Super Users and decision makers where relevant information can be gathered, to document and deliver the required content back to the 3rd Party Vendor and the European Project Board within defined timescales.
• Control, coordinate and manage all communication streams and multiple information request/response inputs & outputs throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
• Provide project progress/status reporting to UK IT, the UK Business Community and the European Project Board as appropriate within defined timescales.

Future tasks might require: Project planning, maintaining RAID logs, business case preparation and PID, budget tracking, maintaining document libraries and data collection, monitoring change control processes, enforcing standards with project governance and QA.

Senior Project Coordinators/Junior Project Managers applying MUST have a good understanding and experience of working in an IT project delivery environment; ideally with an understanding of E-commerce websites or ERP systems which feed into multiple business units, or large software development projects requiring input from multiple business areas and user groups.

Senior Project Coordinators/Junior Project Managers need to be delivery focussed, able to work with minimal supervision having excellent organisational skills; senior stakeholder, 3rd party engagement and soft interpersonal skills.

Senior Project Coordinators/Junior Project Managers should have proven experience of succeeding in other semi-structured, un-documented environments, managing their own time and delivering required outputs without the need for micro-management.

The successful Senior Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager will be required to operate from Tamworth in Staffordshire or Wembley in Middlesex as the main base location but with the opportunity to work partly from home and travel to other sites across the UK and Europe as required
