An innovative software development company based in Manchester (UK) has a new requirement for a Web Application Support Analyst to provide a range of project delivery and support services to customers and partners. They are the leading provider of user adoption solutions for SaaS based applications working with large international organisations.

Testing and debugging

The Web Application Support Analyst will provide 2nd level support with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will log, verify, document and track issues, reproducing and describing problems quickly and efficiently. Ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, you will also help develop technical support documentation and training materials plus participating in the on-call rota to support Europe and US customers.

SaaS or technology business

As Web Application Support Analyst, you should have experience in a customer facing role, working in a web design and support capacity – ideally SaaS or technology business. Experience in integrating and managing web applications and the ability to create/adapt web friendly content using front end skills (HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS).
