THE COMPANY: I'm recruiting a Finance Admin position for an immediate start for a beloved charity based near Rotherham

THE JOB: You will be part of small team and duties will include:

* Daily inputting of income and finance systems
* Daily accurate receipting, counting and banking of income
* Ordering of products and services
* Processing of credit card donations
* Booking of travel arrangements for staff
* Petty cash reconciliation & monitoring
* Processing of sales invoices and chasing outstanding invoices
* Organising floats for events and monitor stock of bank items
* Reconciling purchase invoice statements
* Assisting and supporting the Management Accountant with miscellaneous tasks
* As required, work on projects for new contracts and cost saving opportunities
* As required, contribute to the development of new procedures or systems in the Finance Team
* Assist with maintaining the organisation of the office, filing and storing information correctly

THE PERSON: You will have previous experience in a similar role and be immediately available or with a 2 weeks’ notice period.
