Sheridan Maine are recruiting for an interesting business close to Wimborne. The role is offered on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months.

Hours are 12 per week ( 2 days) with some flexibility to work more days on certain weeks and less in others due to the needs of the business.

Key duties:

- Purchase ledger processing: Coding and inputting supplier Invoices
- Coding and inputting other bank payments - including direct debit
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Monthly stock cut off - ensuring invoices and packaging are recorded in the correct period
- Bank account reconciliations (2 bank accounts plus credit card and cash and internal transfers)
- Vat returns, including control reconciliation and submission

The company uses Sage 50 accounting system, and so candidates should be proficient in the use of this system.

AAT qualification or similar is desirable.

Due to the location of this business, this role would be suitable for people living in Wimborne, Ferndown, Ringwood, Verwood, Hurn, Fordingbridge, Bournemouth
