aspire cambridge are currently seeking a Production Assembler/Test Technician on behalf of our client based near Harston, Cambridgeshire

To primarily test electronic assemblies, meeting production schedule requirements. The post would suit someone who has good attention to detail and is self-motivated.

Abilities
To be able

Test electronic assemblies at functional level. Repetitive testing
Maintain concise test and production records, good attention to detail.
To maintain a clean and safe working environment.
To work as part of a team.
Attributes
Preferable

Relevant experience in a production environment.
Working knowledge of PCB assembly and Test.
Knowledge of IPC and ISO Standards.
IT literate with a background and interest in electronics.

Advantage

Ability to solder components to IPC 610 standards or equivalent.
Very presentable appearance with polite manner.
Flexible with a 'can do' attitude.

Start: ASAP
Location: Nr Harston, Cambridgeshire
Hours: M-F 8am-4pm
Salary: £20,000 to £27,000
