Freebridge Community Housing was set up in 2006 and now manages around 7,000 homes and 17 sheltered schemes in West Norfolk. We employ around 200 people, including our own Property Services team of operatives. As part of the e2 consortium, our combined aim is to build strong and sustainable communities by providing high quality affordable homes within well designed neighbourhoods.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Finance Manager to join our expanding business. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will manage the finance function to internal and external standards’, providing Value for Money through efficient working practices.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Managing the Finance Team providing comprehensive financial management, accountancy and paymaster services
- Working closely with budget holders to ensure ongoing financial stability and viability
- Preparing and delivering management and statutory accounts in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring all necessary controls are in place to deliver safe and secure accounting information
- To support the process of strategic financial planning and development of risk management strategy
- To prepare and present financial information to all areas of the business and externally as required.
- To provide high quality pro-active financial advice across the organisation

A qualified Accountant, you will have proven experience at a Senior Management level. Technology competent you will be able to produce complex information in an accessible format. Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills are essential and you will be a highly motivated team player to achieve all requirements of the role.
