Job Title: Conductor

**Continuous training and career development**

Key Details : I am recruiting for an experienced Conductor to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary and expanding team within a Charity located in the South of Hampshire. You will have the opportunity to help and support Adults or Children with Cerebral Palsy, Stroke, MS, Parkinson's, Head Injury and their families.

The Key details are -

Location: South of Hampshire - within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park

Salary : £22,000 - £25,000 per annum / £11.28 - £12.82 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week. (Negotiable DOE)

Hours : Full Time / Part Time

Contract Type : Permanent or Fixed Term

Further Details about the role: I am looking to recruit a Conductor to join a Charity Centre which is rated Outstanding with OFSTED. You will be part of a close-knit team/family who provide Conductive Education ( CE ) to Adults or Children - depending on your specialism. This centre will offer you the opportunity to gain further experience and gain a true insight to the support provided. As a Conductor you will provide CE which will include leading sessions with Adult/Child rehabilitation groups and supporting children's sessions. You will provide teaching of the highest standard but also add a fresh modern child-led approach which will provide the participants the ability to live life to the full. You will provide information for families about the assessment of their child's progress and development within the group sessions. As a Conductor you will contribute to the planning and implementation of the individual and group programmes for the children covering all aspects of their development. You will also participate in and share responsibility for creating and maintaining an appropriate learning environment for all participants - Children/Adults covering all aspects of their development.

Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Conductor opportunity to have a true passion for supporting and helping the development of all service users they encounter. You will provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for not only the service users but their parents and families. You must possess a recognised Qualification (diploma or BA Honours) in Conductive Education and experience of planning, implementing, and delivering Conductive Education programmes. Experience of recording and reporting on Adult/ Children's progress. Experience of working in a conductive education centre setting within the UK/EU. It is a must to have excellent verbal and written English. It is desirable but not a must to be registered with the PCA.
