Do you have a good grounding in pensions admin and have experience of working with senior consultants/Trustee Boards providing governance and secretarial support?
You will be responsible for assisting Senior Consultants with managing client needs in relation to the services provided and ongoing project management. These include:

• All aspects of Trustee governance
• Preparing and monitoring Trustee Business Plans, Risk Registers, etc
• Preparing meeting papers
• Attending Trustee meetings
• Taking and drafting Trustee Minutes
• Preparing action logs and follow up actions from meetings
• Responding to client ad hoc queries and requests
• Preparing draft communication material to members
• Scheme closures, buy-ins and wind-ups
• Drafting legislation updates

A good knowledge of occupational pension schemes and previous client relationship experience is essential, along with good communication skills. You will need to be a team player, self-motivated, client orientated and adaptable to changing client needs and expectations.

The expectation is that the right candidate will be able to progress over time to eventually lead their own portfolio of clients.
