aspire cambridge are seeking to recruit a proactive and motivated Marketing Executive to join their clients busy team in Nuthampstead, Herts. This is a full time permanent position.

The main duties are:

* To develop and execute the marketing plan under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and the Management Team.
* Monitor and report on the performance of the activities set-out in the marketing plan.
* Organize marketing projects and events to ensure our client get maximum ROI. Including writing creative briefs.
* Follow-up leads and initial enquiries tenaciously over the phone until the prospect declares an interest in what our client can offer or until it is determined that the prospect has no use for our clients services either now or in the next 12 months.
* Liaise with customer facing team members to follow-up any clues or news that they hear to try to gain enough information to turn them into leads that can be developed into enquiries.
* Use phone to generate new quality leads for the supplies department and provide relevant information to the supplies sales team to generate new business. Current target is 8 leads per day but this may increase.
* Sourcing advertising opportunities.
* Using the marketing mix to manage the production of marketing material and managing the stock of printed material.
* Organizing photoshoots as directed
* Writing and proof-reading copy.
* Maintaining and updating customer databases
* Conducting market research.
* Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity.
* Build strategies to create digital connections with customers
* Run the company social media accounts and use them to drive traffic to our website.
* Run Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic to website
* Manage the content of the website.
* Continually work on the website to increase usefulness to visitors, make it easier to use, boost its ranking using white hat SEO techniques.
* Write, or arrange to write, articles and blog posts which make the website more useful to dentists and show us as an expert in our field. Also use the blog posts to target specific keywords to increase our organic SEO results.
* Work with web designer to add pages to the website however where possible do the work internally.
* Send emails to our email list and use proven professional techniques to get dentists to sign-up for our emails.

Start: ASAP
Location: Nuthampstead, Hertfordshire
Hours: M-F 9am to 5pm
Salary: £negotiable
