Job Role

To log all telephone calls on the Helpdesk system and assist users in solving IT related problems.
To allocate calls to the appropriate team.
To liaise with users to ensure calls are resolved to their satisfaction and close resolved calls.
Perform administration tasks relating to new users, requests for hardware/software, running routine reports from various systems etc.
Skills

You will have at least 6 months experience in a 1st Line support capacity and be able to support the following technologies; Windows XP/7, MS Office and Active Directory.

Please be aware this is working on a shift basis between 7.30-6pm
